Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze end to end process of each revenue stream
- Design and develop necessary script to automate RA controls
- Analyze report produced through automated controls and identify anomaly
- Design necessary dashboard to report the anomaly
- Documentation of various reporting, process and scripts for new and existing reports/ scripts
- Ensure 99% uptime of each control and data feeds
- Devise effective disaster recovery plan and dry run frequently to ensure the efficiency of each controls as and when required
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc in Computer Science from reputed university
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience

- Must have strong knowledge in SQL and any web based development tool (Preferable if candidate has expertise in PHP,JAVA, .Net)

Main Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of the Foreign Service agreement
- Ensure regulatory requirements in finalizing the contractual payment terms
- Understanding the implication of Forex guideline relating to Foreign Service providers’ payment mechanism
- Thorough understanding of LC, LCA, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Performance Bond, etc
- Preparation and submission of complete information and documentation pack along with application to the respective banks and regulatory authorities for import through LC, LCA and for direct foreign service payments
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand and comply with all the banks’ regulatory requirements and queries
- Carry out regular visits to regulatory offices to ensure attaining remittance permission within the shortest possible time
- Handle regulators’ issues pro-actively to minimize processing time
- Maintaining effective and impactful liaison with regulatory bodies especially with Bangladesh Bank and Board of Investment officials
- Ensuring accurate & timely accounting & reconciliation of trade & payment transactions
- Ensuring accurate & timely completion of monthly BS reconciliation and review report preparation
- Periodical review with the internal stake holders and updating the FDOA accordingly
- Ensuring strict adherence of FDOA across the organization
Qualification & Experience:
- BBA/ MBA/ CA/ CMA from reputed institute
- 5-6 years relevant work experience

Role / Department Overview:
Ensure best customer experience through practice of user experience
& application of user centered design. Design best possible user
friendly & intuitive products / services based on UCD methodology.
Spread the knowledge of UX across GP in line with organizational goal to
be a customer centric company.
Job Responsibility
• Apply and disseminate knowledge of User Centered Design (UCD)
during product/service/interaction element development (i.e. UI, GUI,
IVR, USSD, Website, Application, mobile app, FB app)
• Conduct Usability evaluation for existing and prototype of User Interfaces (UIs), IVR, Applications and Sites
•
Conduct user-research (e.g. Customer Journey Mapping, User Interview
etc.) to gather customer insights for existing and new products
/services
• Undertake activities to capture customer feedback
prior to market launch through FGDs, in-depth interviews etc. with
customers at Grameenphone Experience Lab (GEL)
• Act as the
single practitioner for all User experience/ usability work, perform all
activities and manage third party vendors in conducting UX research and
optimization
• Assist the team to formulate strategies and framework focusing on user experience; drive it across the organization.
Education & Experience Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors/Masters Degree
Certification or Specialization on User Experience/HCI/ Usability
EXPERIENCE
Overall 4 years experience in relevant field
Experience in usability and user interface design related projects
Special Skills Requirements
• Understanding of Human-Computer interaction, Usability, Visual Design & Human Factors
• Understand UX perspectives in terms of telecommunication industry
• Excellent communication skills in English language
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork across the organization
