POSITION: Senior Executive/ Executive, Engineering (EEE) Major Duties and Responsibilities To supervise and carryout the daily and preventive maintenance work of utilities and production equipments. To prepare and execute the validation documents like URS, DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ of utilities equipments. To prepare SOP and others ISO related documentation To execute validation and calibration of equipment and measuring instrument. Required Qualifications & Competencies Candidate should have B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any reputed public University. Candidates from BUET will get preference. Having MBA will be treated as added qualification. For Executive position experience not mandatory but 1-2 years experiences get preference. For Senior Executive position at least 3-4 years experience in the maintenance of machineries of large manufacturing industries, preferably in pharmaceutical company. Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital is the oldest and largest multispecialty referral eye hospital in Bangladesh. It is a non-profit organization. The emphasis is on quality eye care for all socio-economic sections of society. We are currently looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic Director, Accounts and Finance based in Dhaka. This will be a Senior Management Position who will be playing a vital role in the overall restructuring and reorganizing the department as well as throughout the organization. Should be able to lead and monitor the department work with a strong vision and strategy.

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor and controlling of overall Accounts and Finance
• Responsibility to lead Accounts, Finance team
• Maintain Accounting System
• Monitor Accounts receivable and payable
• Fund, Donation and Risk management
• Business plan and Budgeting
• Deal with Income tax and VAT
• Internal/External Audit
• Bank Statement reconciliation
• Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
• Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control
• Strategic financial plans, Policy formulation and Execution
• Various report generation including revenue, credit and analytical day in day out.
• Donor(s) reporting
• Overall control on cash flow
• Ensure training and development of existing team members
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly accounts
• Other relevant assignment by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience including 4 years in a Managerial position preferably in any Hospital.
• ACA/ACCA/FCA/MBA in Accounting and Finance (IBA/NSU).
• Familiar with Automated and Integrated Financial Management Software (like Tally /or ERP.)
• Strong Finance and Cash flow prediction skills
• Experience in working with Hospital is preferable

Additional Requirements:

• Should have experience in the area(s) of Accounts, Cash Management, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
• Should be courteous with pleasant personality with strong leadership skills.
• Should be proactive, cooperative, and an ideal team player in nature.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Should be able to work in high stress environment.
• Smart, dynamic, professional, hardworking and should have managing capability of unforeseen
